Because we are a dedicated local business based in South Croydon we can customise our service to your needs. We dont acccept DSS or any person on income support or housing benefit and thus keep problems to a minimum.

Our forte is management of properties on behalf of our busy or overseas landlords. As fellow landlords we understand that everyone does not have the time to look after their tenants and properties themselves. We belong to Rightmove, Zoopla, Landlordzone and the RLA to keep up to date with the needs of landlords and the law. In addition to our local letting and managing services in Croydon, we are also part of a UK-wide network of independent letting and managing agents. We are therefore able to offer an efficient national relocation service and able to assist both individual and corporate clients, from within the UK and abroad. We have several links with major Croydon and Purley companies for corporate tenants and we are based in South Croydon.

Gateway Letting subscribes to both RightMove.co.uk and Zoopla.com which are the 2 major UK web property portals. We offer value for money advertising to all UK private landlords on these property portals. We also advertise weekly in several local newspapers including the Croydon Guardian.

Also contact us if you want your propspective tenant reference checked or if you are interested in Rental Guarantee Insurance (this pays legal fees and rent when tenant does not). We do a unique checkout service for Landlords who are not available when their tenant moves out.

We manage small blocks of flats for the freeholder or leaseholder when the bigger management companies dont want to bother.
